Overview

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions.
• Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies.
• Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems.
• Develop technical skills through training opportunities.
• Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Qualifications

Heavy equipment dealership experience is preferred; however, our dealer family has opportunities for many skill sets. Bring your strong mechanical aptitude, team player mentality and belief in safety first to Team GTC!

Compensation: $20.00 to $50.00 per hour based upon level of skill and experience. Night shift, weekend shift, and lead/mentor differential pay available.
