Job summary

All Roads Ford Trucks is hiring a Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team.

Kennworth experience is preferred. This is a full-time, first shift role on-site in Baltimore with production bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Ford Trucks.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $25.00 - $55.00 / hour

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$45/hour (based on experience)


• Production bonuses available


• Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday
