Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $31.40 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 for each New ASE Certification, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 each quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends OFF
• Hours: Second Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

• Minimum 2 years heavy/medium-duty repair experience
• Valid CDL Class A preferred; must obtain within 6 months
• Additional certifications as required by location

• Facility maintenance, customer interaction, documentation, compliance with safety standards
• Mentoring junior technicians, using diagnostic tools and documentation systems
