• Hourly Pay: $34.37 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 four times per year

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Vocational or Technical Certification (preferred)
• Basic tools required
• Experience in automotive or diesel engine repair, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and major repairs
• Four+ years relevant work experience (preferred)
• Valid CDL Class A (preferred)
• Other certifications as required by location

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to perform all T3 tasks
• Advanced mechanical repair skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability for shift work, weekends, on-call
• Prefer ASE Certifications
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop computers
• Minimum tool requirements
• Ability to road test vehicles
• Ability to coach and mentor others

Driving Requirements:

• Must obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check

Responsibilities include:

• Vehicle maintenance and repairs, diagnostics, complex repairs
• Use of diagnostic software and tools
• Customer interaction and troubleshooting
• Mentoring other technicians
• Adherence to safety and compliance guidelines
