Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $30.80 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained up to $700
• Sign on Bonus: $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends OFF
• Hours: First Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm OR Second Shift 12:30pm - 9:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines (gas/diesel)
• Two or more years of related experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background, and motor vehicle check

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical/electronic problems
• Identify root causes and perform repairs
• Replace defective components
• Assist with facility maintenance
• Interact with customers/drivers
• Use Shop Management System and electronic documentation
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines
• Support operational duties as needed
