Benefits and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $25.95 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each new ASE certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: First shift 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance
• Two or more years of relevant training and experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred, with the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Vehicle maintenance and repair
• Component inspections and repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical and electronic problems
• Identifying root causes and performing repairs
• Recommending and replacing defective components
• Facility maintenance duties
• Customer and driver interaction
• Utilizing shop management systems and documentation
• Compliance with safety and DOT regulations
• Additional support duties as needed
