Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of related work experience; work experience may substitute education.
• ASE Master Technician certifications in T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 and T8 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Diesel program instruction in classroom and hands-on labs.
• Enforce safety protocols for equipment and tools.
• Prepare daily lab activities; maintain a clean, safe workspace and functioning equipment.
• Record attendance and student progress for non-credit program.
• Grade assignments and labs; administer exams including final.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback; escalate discipline as needed.
• Advise students on academic progress and employability; collaborate with external partners for job placement.
• Maintain industry certifications and stay updated on technology changes.
• Assist with recruiting, marketing, and outreach for departmental programs.
