Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to solve problems using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to work in a team and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and ensures vehicles are safe for customers.
• Uses Penske’s tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Performs preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication; handles electrical and cooling system tasks as needed.
