Penske is hiring a Technician in Richmond, IN to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You’ll work second shift, with a $2.50 per hour premium, and help keep vehicles safe and on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use basic tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
