Job summary

Penske in Richland, MS is seeking a skilled Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll use Penske tools to diagnose, service, and log repairs while learning through our technician training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair is preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Log repairs and diagnose using Penske tools and technologies.
• Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and lubrication/replacement tasks.
• Collaborate with management to learn new skills through training programs.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervision.
