FleetPride, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Diesel Technician III for a full-time, day-shift role. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, with opportunities to grow within a safety-focused team in a climate-controlled shop.

The role offers competitive pay up to $36/hr plus monthly bonuses, day-one benefits, and ongoing training. Candidate should have 3+ years of experience and strong diagnostic skills, with CDL being a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel/heavy-duty truck experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with semi-trucks preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and air systems.
• Work on brakes, wheel ends, steering, suspension, and drivetrain systems.
• Diagnose and repair transmissions, clutches, and differentials.
• Perform AC diagnostics and repairs.
• Diagnose starting and charging systems.
• Perform upper and lower engine repairs.
• Diagnose and repair aftertreatment systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Manager, Service Writer, and customers regarding repairs and jobs in progress.
• Help coach and support other technicians as needed.
• Work efficiently while maintaining FleetPride's safety and quality standards.
