Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational certification in repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; able to use hand tools and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas/diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and hands‑on coaching with your manager.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
