Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a qualified Technician in Belden, MS. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet, using Penske’s tools and technologies. The role offers strong training, safety focus, and opportunities for career growth.

You’ll work with experienced supervisors, complete required certifications, and support customers to keep vehicles on the road. A valid driver’s license and basic repair experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske’s tools and technologies, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and some electrical system and cooling system tasks on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Attend to other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
