Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Understand and comply with Penske safety policies; DOT/OSHA awareness.
• Commitment to regular, predictable attendance and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication; some electrical and cooling maintenance.
• Learn new skills through training and hands-on coaching with management.
• Work on additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
