Qualifications

• Three years of practical vehicle maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Ase certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and shop tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively.
• Team orientation and customer service-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled conditions and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, and related components.
• Keep work area clean and safe and log repairs using Penske tools.
• Learn Penske maintenance processes and participate in technician training.
• Work on additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
