This Technician II role emphasizes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and a broad range of repairs across heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will work in a non-climate controlled shop, maintain high safety standards, and participate in ongoing training and tools programs.

Formación

• Diesel technology degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience with class 7 & 8 trucks.
• Experience repairing 53’ trailers.
• Airbrake certified is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction.
• Provide customers with preventive maintenance solutions when appropriate.
• Maintain 80% productivity.
• Prevent comebacks and ensure quality workmanship.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes (air, hydraulic, electric).
• Test drive vehicles and test components with proper equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair suspension, electrical, exhaust, and A/C systems.
