Job summary

Penske is seeking an experienced Technician I to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will work independently, mentor peers, and complete road tests to diagnose issues while following Penske safety standards.

You will use advanced diagnostic tools and Penske training to grow professionally within a supportive team. Location offers a stable career with growth opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
ASE/608/609 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers.
Repair and troubleshoot major components and assemblies as directed.
Log repairs using Penske tools and technologies; conduct basic diagnostics.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow Penske safety policies.
Learn Penske maintenance processes and participate in training.
