Penske is seeking a motivated Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet at our Windsor, WI location. You will use Penske tools and basic diagnostics to keep vehicles safe and reliable for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive/diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Able to solve problems and use Penske tools effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work outside and move in varied environments.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe and reliable for customers.
• Log, research, and complete repairs using Penske tools and diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske training and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisor on other projects as assigned.
