Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well on a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand/comply with Penske instructions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and component lubrication on gas/diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske training and coaching.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
