Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to solve problems and use tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player with ability to work outside
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance understanding
• Background checks and DOT drug screening may apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service vehicles to keep them safe for customers
• Log, research, and complete repairs using Penske tools and diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication
• Assist manager to learn new skills through Penske training
• Collaborate on assigned projects and tasks as directed by supervisor
