Trillium Staffing is hiring a skilled Diesel Technician in Graham, NC to maintain and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment. You will join a small, fast-paced team focused on high-quality repairs and minimal downtime, with a pay range of $30–$35 per hour and a first shift schedule.

The role requires 3+ years of diesel experience, welding ability, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment, while offering ongoing training and a supportive work environment in a growing manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel technician experience.
• Experience with diesel engines, including valve and cylinder work.
• Welding experience accepted in lieu of certification.
• Proficient with heavy hand and power tools.
• Experience with diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Thrives in a small team, can work independently.
• Manufacturing/shop environment experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, heavy equipment, and vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Document maintenance and repair work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties as needed
