Job summary

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Skilled Diesel Technician for an immediate opening in the DFW/Haslet area of Texas. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment to ensure high availability and uptime.

Requirements include 3+ years of diesel technician experience, proficiency with diesel engine systems, welding experience preferred, and the ability to work in a small team in a manufacturing/shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel technician experience (not entry-level).
• Experience with diesel engines, valve and cylinder work.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Ability to use heavy hand and power tools.
• Experience with diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a small team manufacturing/shop environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, heavy equipment, and vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Document maintenance and repair work

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join a growing/dyanamic team! This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines, heavy equipment, and related vehicles to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, working closely with a small team to complete high-quality repairs and maintenance.
