Rush Truck Centers in Parma, OH is seeking a skilled Rush Technician to service and repair trucks and engines. You will read job orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to meet specifications while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related truck service facility.
• Current and valid driver license with insurability; CDL and Medical card preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
• Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
• Install major parts and components including injectors, pistons, bearings, gears, brakes, and transmissions.
• Read job orders and observe vehicle to plan work procedures.
• Inspect guards, bolts and safety devices and make adjustments as needed.
• Lubricate moving parts and drive repaired vehicle to verify conformance to specifications.
• Tag warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
• Attend training classes and stay current with factory bulletins.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to increase satisfaction.
