Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking Diesel Technicians to join a fast-paced team that serves customers and drivers across the network. You will diagnose and repair light mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure safe, reliable travel for our customers.

Responsibilities include handling wheel-end systems, electrical, suspensions, A/C, and engine components, with a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters; work in various temperatures
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
