Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Diesel Technicians to service and repair light mechanical issues on trucks and assist customers on the road. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering reliable service at Love's travel stops.

You will perform preventive maintenance and support drivers in a fast-paced environment. The position requires physical work, ability to lift 75+ pounds, and willingness to work rotating day/night schedules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on trucks (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in various temperatures
• Always put safety and customer satisfaction first, complying with safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
