I. General Job Description
This position is responsible for learning the diagnosis and repair of all vehicles and equipment serviced by the company’s facilities. Apprentice Service Technicians are expected to develop professional competence concerning quality of work, product knowledge, and customer service.
This is an entry-level position designed to introduce employees to the responsibilities of a Service Technician 1. Performance will be evaluated based on the ability to learn and master the duties of a Service Technician within 1-2 years.

Employees must regularly use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Frequently stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally sit. Must lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 65 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Exposure to moving parts, electrical shocks, weather conditions, loud noise, and other hazards is expected, with accommodations available for disabilities.
