You will diagnose, repair, and maintain compact construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers, with a team that values hustle and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly.

• Team players who are ready to step in and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
