Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years or more of automotive/mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Experience in diesel repair and preventive maintenance preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Replaces defective components as needed.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the issue.
• Works with shop management system to document work.
• Adheres to safety and DOT guidelines.
