Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and a second shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational/technical certification preferred, basic tools, and CDL Class A preferred. Candidates should have diagnostic and repair experience on heavy-duty vehicles and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools are required.
• Demonstrated aptitude and experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Four years of relevant work experience preferred.
• CDL Class A is preferred; other location-required certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools.
• Perform complex repairs with minimal supervision and support.
• Coach and mentor other technicians and share diagnostic knowledge.
• Operate shop management systems and document maintenance activities.
• Comply with safety, DOT, and corporate guidelines.
