Penske, located at 513 Elbow Lane in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll work with Penske’s tools and diagnostics to keep vehicles on the road.

You’ll receive industry-certified training, learn maintenance processes from seasoned technicians, and grow your career in a safety-first environment. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of repair experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to use tools.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively with customers.

Aufgaben

• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers.
• Using Penske's tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Performing preventative maintenance repairs—replacing or rotating tires, lubrication and replacement of components, some electrical and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engines.
• Partnering with your manager to learn new skills using Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Working on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
