Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years auto/diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to follow DOT, OSHA and Penske safety policies.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tires, lubrication, and some electrical/cooling system work.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training.
• Collaborate with a manager on projects and tasks.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.
