Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $40.50 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 at 30 days and $2,500 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Second Shift 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines, including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and major repairs
• Four or more years of relevant work experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• Other certifications as required by location

Additional Requirements

• Ability to perform all T3 tasks
• Advanced vehicle maintenance skills
• Effective communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability for shift work, weekends, and on-call duties
• Prefer ASE certifications in PM, Brakes, A/C, electrical, Electronics, or Master Mechanic
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and shop computers
• Minimum tool requirements
• Ability to road test vehicles
• Ability to coach and mentor others

• Complete OEM training and courses as required
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive and complex repairs
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software effectively
• Assist roadside breakdowns via remote triage
• Maintain shop and facility standards
• Interact with customers and drivers to diagnose issues
• Mentor and coach other technicians
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
• Support other operational duties as needed
