Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $31.40 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 per new ASE certification, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 each quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: Second Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Vocational or technical certifications (preferred)
• Basic tools required
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines
• Valid CDL Class A (preferred)
• All required certifications by location
• Must have 2+ years’ experience with heavy and medium-duty repairs
• Computer skills: PC, Windows, diagnostics software

Responsibilities

• Vehicle maintenance and repairs including preventive and diagnostic work
• Facility maintenance duties
• Customer interaction for troubleshooting
• Use of shop management and electronic documentation systems
• Compliance with safety and DOT regulations
• Mentoring junior technicians
• Access and utilize maintenance documents and OEM diagnostic tools
