Job summary

Devivo Companies is seeking a full-time Diesel Technician to join our team in New Britain, CT. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on a variety of vehicles, diagnose and repair issues, and handle repair orders and parts usage with accuracy. Ensure road calls are completed as needed and maintain your own toolbox.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Training or experience in automotive, truck, or bus repair.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain CDL.
• Current ASE certifications or willingness to pursue them.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete required paperwork regarding repair orders and parts usage.

Position Requirements:

• Adequate English verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical strength and conditioning to perform all required tasks.
