Join Our Team as a Diesel Technician at Transteck, Inc

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at the Lancaster dealership. Transteck, Inc is one of the largest Freightliner Truck dealers in the U.S., with 14 locations and extensive resources to support our technicians.

Position Details
  • Location: Lancaster, PA
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Seniority Level: Entry level
Compensation

Base pay ranges from $40,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and billable hours. Actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair truck malfunctions using manufacturer guides and manuals
  • Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories
  • Perform repairs efficiently and document all work
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools
  • Order parts and manage warranty processes
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience or training
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own hand tools
Preferred Skills
  • Heavy-duty truck experience
  • Technical training or schooling
