Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurability standards
  
  

Position Preferences

• Vocational technical school training or equivalent experience
• Automotive or medium/heavy-duty truck experience
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose malfunctions and carry out repairs under the guidance of a supervisor
• Assist with major repairs and collaborate with fellow technicians
• Communicate effectively with the parts department to ensure timely repairs
• Perform road tests when required and document all work performed
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins to provide the best service possible
• Work in a team environment, ensuring a safe and productive workplace
