Compensation & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1240
• Hourly Pay: $31.00
• Certification Bonus: $100 per new ASE certification, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 each quarter
• Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
• Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (First Shift)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in automotive gas or diesel engine repair, including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, AC, and electrical systems
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially with heavy and medium-duty equipment
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• All required certifications by location

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance and diagnostics
• Complete detailed inspections and repairs with minimal supervision
• Work independently on most tasks
• Perform facility maintenance duties
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine issues
• Utilize shop management systems and documentation
• Comply with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Mentor junior technicians
• Access and use maintenance documents and OEM diagnostic tools
