NHT Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to repair and maintain Class A tractors and trailer refrigeration units, reporting to the Shop Supervisor.

The Diesel Technician position is responsible for truck and trailer repair and maintenance as directed by Shop Supervisor. The Diesel Technician will be in complete support of and willing adherence to NHT’s mission, vision and core values and hold these standards as his/her own.
The Diesel Technician will have to spend possible long hours standing and possible heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, push, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. Ability to work in various conditions. NHT Logistics, Inc can be a busy facility, and the Diesel Technician may have to manage a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of other mechanics and the Shop Supervisor. The Diesel Technician may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
Travel: Diesel Technician may have to travel to occasional road service calls.
