Additional Compensation: Weekly pay, certification-based advancement opportunities, and a 3% pay increase for each certification

We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our Service Department in Byron Center, Michigan.
The Diesel Technician II performs inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers and diesel-powered equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Candidates must be comfortable working both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including working at heights, around dust, chemicals, and heavy equipment.
