Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Arizona is seeking Diesel Technicians for a fast-paced environment, providing friendly service to drivers and customers while keeping trucks safe and in good working order.

You will troubleshoot and repair diesel systems (wheel-end, electrical, suspensions, A/C, engines), assist with roadside services, perform preventive maintenance, and handle up to 75+ pounds in varying temperatures on a rotating day/night schedule.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair diesel truck systems (wheel-end, electrical, suspension, A/C, engine)
• Ability to assist customers with roadside services
• Ability to move 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
