Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional diesel technician experience required.
• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter experience strongly preferred.
• ASE Diesel Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and other diesel-powered vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine, fuel, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain concerns.
• Complete preventative maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Identify mechanical issues, determine repair needs, and perform quality repairs.
• Use electronic diagnostic tools and technical resources to resolve complex concerns.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, service records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the dealership service team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional standards, safe work practices, and properly maintained tools and equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and other diesel-powered vehicles

Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine, fuel, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain concerns

Maintain professional standards, safe work practices, and properly maintained tools and equipment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years of professional diesel technician experience required

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter experience strongly preferred

Strong diesel engine diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills

Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment and modern vehicle systems

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage mobile service responsibilities

Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

ASE Diesel Certifications are a plus

Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is preferred but not required
