Mercedes-Benz of West Chester is seeking a skilled Sprinter Van Technician to join our service team in a climate-controlled, newly retrofitted facility in West Chester, OH. The role focuses on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with a strong emphasis on Mercedes-Benz systems and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have automotive/diesel experience, Mercedes-Benz familiarity, and the ability to learn through factory training and development programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive or diesel technician experience preferred.
• Mercedes-Benz experience highly valued.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background screening, MVR review, and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC components.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialty tools to identify concerns.
• Communicate repair recommendations and repair timelines with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to Mercedes-Benz specifications.
• Maintain a high level of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, a Hudson Automotive Company, is seeking motivated and skilled Sprinter Van Technicians to join our growing service team in a newly retrofitted, climate-controlled facility.

• Light-duty commercial vehicle repair

Additional experience with RV, camper van, or specialty upfit systems is a plus but not required.
