Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional diesel technician experience required.
• Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter experience strongly preferred.
• Strong diesel engine diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment and modern vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and other diesel-powered vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine, fuel, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain concerns.
• Complete preventative maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Identify mechanical issues, determine repair needs, and perform quality repairs.
• Use electronic diagnostic tools and technical resources to resolve complex concerns.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, service records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the dealership service team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional standards, safe work practices, and properly maintained tools and equipment.
