Job summary

You will learn diagnostics, servicing, and maintenance while documenting work and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a diesel mechanic program or completed related certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills for diagnostics, work orders, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned equipment.
• Follow directions from senior technicians, Shop Foreman, or Service Manager while building skills.
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance under supervision, growing independence.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues, including small engines and agricultural machinery.
