Job Details:

Location: 111 Boone Hill Dr., St. Peters, MO 63376
Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift (2pm/3pm start), schedule may vary based on business needs

Job Summary:

The mechanic maintains a fleet of sweepers, trucks, trailers, and support equipment through preventative maintenance and light repairs. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of trucks and equipment
• Keeping the shop and yard safe and clean
• Recording repairs accurately
• Performing chassis preventative maintenance and light repairs
• Assisting senior mechanics with complex repairs
• Changing tires, conducting inspections, and repairs
• Working outdoors in variable weather conditions

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of mechanic experience or recent trade school graduate
• Experience with hydraulics and welding
• Own toolbox and basic hand tools
• Ability to perform chassis PM services and basic repairs
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
• Willing to obtain DOT physical; experience with heavy equipment required
• Positive attitude, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible schedule
