Job summary

Wallwork Inc. in Casper, WY is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead and mentor diesel technicians.

This hands-on leadership role combines diagnostics, repairs, and workflow coordination to keep the shop safe, efficient, and productive while delivering quality work and great customer service. The ideal candidate has at least three years of diesel technician experience with supervisory exposure, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Three years of diesel technician experience or related certification and education.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day‑to‑day direction to diesel technicians
• Mentor technicians and assist with challenging diagnostics and repairs
• Perform truck repairs and maintenance as needed
• Help coordinate workflow and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Promote quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop
• Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers
• Maintain dependable and regular attendance
