The ideal candidate has at least three years of diesel technician experience with supervisory exposure, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Three years of diesel technician experience or related certification and education.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.

About the Position

The Shop Foreman is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for supervising, mentoring, and supporting our diesel technicians. This is a working foreman role—you will assist with diagnostics and repairs while helping the shop operate safely, efficiently, and productively.
