Qualifications

• Three years of diesel technician experience or related certification/education.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct diesel technicians daily.
• Mentor technicians and assist with diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform truck repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure efficient completion.
• Promote quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop.
• Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers.
• Maintain dependable and regular attendance.
