Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks at customer sites and on the road. You’ll manage your work independently and support the branch shop when needed.

This mobile role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep service records and your truck organized. Starting at $40+ per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least five years of diesel technician experience.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Class B CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, component replacements, and test drives
• Communicate repair findings clearly with customers and your supporting branch
• Keep accurate service records and maintain your service truck, tools, and parts inventory
• Respond to service needs while on call and assist in the shop as workload changes
