Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year fleet, dealership, or technical school experience.
• Ability to read job orders and diagnose vehicle malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders and observe vehicle operation to plan work procedures.
• Inspect protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks and adjust as needed.
• Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase satisfaction.
